A range of flight durations can show you a selection of spectacular attractions including the Zuytdorp Cliffs, Steep Point (the most westerly landfall on the Australian mainland), Useless Loop solar salt ponds, historic Dirk Hartog Island, or, on shorter flights, magnificent Big Lagoon, or exciting Monkey Mia Beach.
Hours: 9am - 5pm, 6 days a week (times/dates can be arranged to suit all customers, providing the pilot is available)
Flight 1 Approximately 20 minutes
Takes in the unique beauty of Peron National Park with its red sands, aqua bays and white beaches. Fly over Denham Townsite, past bright blue Little Lagoon, with the opportunity to spot rays, sharks, turtles and dugongs before reaching the stunning Big Lagoon, which forms a magnificent mosaic of interconnected salt lagoons. The return to Shark Bay airport is via historic Peron Homestead.
Flight 2 Approximately 40 minutes.
An exhilarating insight into why this amazing area was granted World Heritage Listing. There are ample opportunities to see sharks, rays and turtles, perhaps even whales in season, as well as the shy, elusive dugong. This flight crosses Freycinet Reach to the fascinating patchwork of salt ponds at Useless Loop, then across the sandy finger of Bellefin Prong and out over the awesome Zuytdorp Cliffs, following the cliffs northward to Australia's most westerly landfall at Steep Point which is sapaerated from historic Dirk Hartog Island by the waters of South Passage. The flight crosses part of the island and continues over shallow waters and bars which add to the astonishing range of blues and greens ont he way back to Denham and Shark Bay airport. Unforgettable!
Flight 3 Sunsetter
This flight takes up to the very tip of Francois Peron National Park, the cliffs glowing red and orange in the late afternoon light as the sun sinks over the sandy dunes of Dirk Hartog Island. There are many opportunities to spot dugongs, manta rays, sharks and dolphins in the crystal clear water. Mangroves and fingers of sand mark Guichenault Point as we continue via Monkey Mia and across the fascinating line of birradas. n= .
Flight 4 Extra
There are ample opportunities to see sharks, rays and turtles, perhaps even whales in season, as well as the shy elusive dugongs. This flight crosses Freycinet Reach to the fascinating patchwork of salt ponds at Useless Loop, then across the sandy finger of Bellefin Prong and out over the rugged Zuytdorp Cliffs following the cliffs northward to Australia's most westerly landfall at Steep Point which is separated from historic Dirk Hartog Island by the waters of South Passage.The flight takes you north long the island where you will see the Eco Lodge and beautiful clear, astonishing range of blues and greens waters on the way back to Denham and Shark Bay airport.

-Flight Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen events will be rescheduled for an alternative day or time.

The Airport is situated the Monkey Mia road seven kilometres from town of Denham. Shark Bay Air Charter proudly operates from the Shark Bay Airport. Bookings can also be made at the Heritage Resort or Shark Bay Discovery and Visitors' Centre, both located on the Denham Foreshore.
