• If cancelled 30 days before date of arrival a fixed amount of $50 will be charged.
• If cancelled between 30 to 14 days before date of arrival 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled within 14 days before date of arrival or in case of a no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. Your booking will only be refunded if the category of accommodation that you booked is able to be resold for the entire period of the booking.
• THE BALANCE OF PAYMENT FOR HIGH SEASON BOOKINGS MUST BE RECEIVED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DATE OF ARRIVAL.
• No Refund on any early Departure.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires we state the following conditions.
•Security Bond – Bookings are subject to a minimum of $100 security bond. This is reserved against your credit card from the date of arrival until 24 hours after your departure. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any costs we have incurred if guests have failed to observe our term and conditions of occupancy.
•Number of Guests - should not exceed the number stated on the Booking - Confirmation Notice. Extra $25 per person per night will apply for excess guests.
•Departure Clean - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. An additional fee of $60 per hour will be charged by the property manager if excessive cleaning is required.
•Damage Breakages Theft and Loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay. The Property Managers take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property during their stay.
•Smoking is permitted outside only and all butts must be disposed of properly. An additional fee may be charged by the Property Manager if additional cleaning is required to remove the smell of smoking inside or to remove butts from garden areas.
